Job summary

Estelle Manor is seeking a charismatic Commis Chef to join our Brasserie kitchen. This role involves assisting in food preparation across Brasserie, Glasshouse, Chinese restaurant, Members Club and In Room Dining, while upholding high standards and attention to detail.

You will support senior staff in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests and members. The on-target earnings are £34,493.47 per annum based on a 45-hour week, comprising base salary plus gratuities and service

• Support senior kitchen team in delivering high-quality, memorable food.
• Assist in maintaining food health and safety standards.
