Job summary

Marston’s PLC is hiring a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, learn new prepping skills, and potentially own a section of the kitchen as you grow your career.

The role offers a chance to progress through our internal DNA pathway toward Sous Chef, in a company known for people-first values and real opportunities to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities
