Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 27 restaurants across Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy). Your Mission

1. Be part of the Big Mamma kitchen team.
2. Prepare cold dishes, antipasti, and insalate following recipes and instructions from kitchen management.
3. Respect health & safety standards, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
4. Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure customers have a memorable experience.
5. Embodies Big Mamma values: warmth, professionalism, teamwork, and problem-solving attitude.

Your Skills

1. Passion for Italian food and a friendly attitude.
2. Energetic, proactive, and a team player.
3. Previous kitchen experience preferred.
