Commis Chef – Bellbird Bar & Dining
1 x Permanent Full Time - 38 hours, 5 days per week (over a 7-day band-width)
Salary: $62,703.43 to $67,881.49 + 11.5% super
Location: Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre

Led by Cordon-Bleu-trained head chef Federico Rekowski, Bellbird is nestled within the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre and embodies modern Australian cuisine, highlighting locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce.
