The Oyster Shed on the Thames offers a Commis Chef role with a friendly, hands-on kitchen team and opportunities to grow through apprenticeships and masterclasses. You will work across indoor and outdoor spaces, supporting the kitchen to deliver high-quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Porter, or looking to start in hospitality.
• Hands-on approach with a passion to work hard as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen team to deliver top quality service.
• Support day-to-day kitchen tasks and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Contribute creativity and effort to produce quality, fresh dishes.
