A family-run business in Broxmore Park is seeking an apprentice Commis Chef to work under the head chef. You'll learn to prepare fresh local ingredients, adhere to menu specifications, and comply with hygiene standards. This intermediate apprenticeship lasts for 12 months, with a working rota confirmed four weeks in advance including days, evenings, and weekends. A staff meal is included during unpaid breaks.
