About the programme:
A Commis Chef Apprenticeship at Lovely Pubs is ideal for school leavers, career changers, or anyone eager to start a chef career.
You will receive training in all aspects of food preparation and gain insights into some of the most vibrant kitchens across the South of England.
Working in a Lovely Pubs Kitchen is exciting and challenging, but with full support and mentorship from our team, you'll develop a deep understanding of food and a passion for our fresh, seasonal, and local produce. You will study one day per week at one of our college partners and enjoy world-class training while being paid. When not at college, you will work four days a week in one of our selected restaurants or hotels, mentored by a Head Chef.
