Baraset Barn offers an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant features granite, pewter, and oak, seating around 100 guests. The decor includes original flagstones, reflecting the barn's 200-year history, and a glass-fronted kitchen showcasing modern culinary practices. Upstairs, there are two private dining areas suitable for events, and an extensive decking area for outdoor dining. The menu includes prime steaks, salads, and seafood.

About the programme:

This Commis Chef Apprenticeship is ideal for school leavers, career changers, or anyone seeking a strong start in a culinary career. You will learn food preparation, gain insight into busy kitchens across the South of England, and develop a passion for fresh, seasonal, and local produce. Training includes one day per week at college and work four days in our restaurants or hotels under the mentorship of experienced Head Chefs.
