The Commis Chef Apprenticeship at Bel & The Dragon is ideal for school leavers, career changers, or anyone looking to start a chef career. You will receive training in all aspects of food preparation and gain insights into some of the most vibrant kitchens across the South of England.
Working in our kitchens is exciting and challenging. With full support and mentorship from our team, you'll develop a deep understanding of food and a passion for our fresh, seasonal, and local produce. The programme includes one day per week of college training at our partner colleges, paid and world-class, while the remaining four days are spent working in our restaurants or hotels under the guidance of experienced Head Chefs.
