About the role:

As a Commis Chef with Levy at Allianz Stadium, you'll be part of a dynamic culinary team delivering exceptional food experiences on match days, concerts, and corporate events. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, high-profile venue, working alongside experienced chefs to prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Whether you're supporting the preparation of large-scale banquets or crafting dishes for VIP hospitality suites, you'll play a vital role in upholding Levy’s commitment to culinary excellence and outstanding service.

Duties:

• Support a strong health & safety culture by adhering to HSE, COSHH, food safety, and hygiene regulations, reporting any incidents or hazards promptly.
• Take responsibility for maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and well-presented work area at all times.
• Contribute to smooth kitchen operations by properly using equipment, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with stock control.
• Follow all menu specifications to prepare and present dishes to company standards, with attention to portion control and waste reduction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus and specials to assist with food preparation and customer interaction when needed.
• Work collaboratively with front of house teams to support attractive food displays and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Operate tills and follow correct procedures when required, supporting smooth service during busy periods.
• Take pride in your work, show initiative, and support a positive team culture by living the Levy Difference every day.

Who you are:

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced catering environment
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine interest in delivering service excellence
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn and progress within the role
• Team player with a positive, focused attitude, especially in front-line service
• Holds (or working towards) Basic Food Hygiene certification - advantageous
• Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to work
