As a Commis Chef, you will prepare and assist in creating high-quality dishes using local produce. You will work directly under the Demi Chef de Partie, assist the team in your section, ensure the highest standards, and collaborate with senior team members to develop your skills and knowledge.

This is a permanent position.
Applicants should have a stable CV with excellent references, experience with fresh produce, and possess NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent, along with a hygiene certificate.
You must be working in or residing in the UK and able to prove your right to work. Applicants should be UK/EU citizens with ILR/PR status or hold a valid work permit/visa with at least 2 years remaining.
