Role Responsibilities

1. Preparing and assisting in creating dishes using local produce.
2. Working directly under the Demi Chef de Partie.
3. Assisting the team in your section to ensure high standards of quality.
4. Collaborating with senior team members to develop your skills and knowledge.

Candidate Requirements

• NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent.
• Food Hygiene Certifications.
• Good written and spoken English.
• A flexible attitude.
• Experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the UK.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (UK/EU citizenship, ILR/PR, or valid visa).
