As a Commis Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Working enthusiastically as part of our kitchen team
• Participating in training and development with senior chefs
• Maintaining fridge and food storage areas, monitoring and recording temperatures
• Cooking and plating food according to recipes and standards
• Operating kitchen equipment safely, ensuring correct temperatures
• Setting up and cleaning work stations and kitchen areas
