Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef. The ideal candidate should be fully flexible to work day and night shifts, covering food preparation, cooking menu items for the gaming floor, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations by assisting in food prep and kitchen upkeep.

Key Competencies:

• Assisting with kitchen preparation areas.
• Assisting in food production.
• Contributing to menu ideas.
• Maintaining kitchen areas per HACCP regulations.
• Storing crockery, cutlery, and glassware carefully.
• Ensuring kitchen equipment is in good working order.
• Reporting faulty equipment to the kitchen manager.
• Keeping storerooms organized and stocked.

Skills and Experience required:

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
