You will be doing...

• Be curious about food, always willing to try new combinations and flavours
• Assist in the preparation of dishes in a timely manner and according to standards
• Ensure the availability of mise-en-place as required
• Observe excellent food hygiene practices throughout the food chain from storage to service
• Share ideas, opinions, and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
• Communicate effectively with the team and seek guest feedback
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless communication and workflow
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
