Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team in a local pub. You will prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

In a fast-paced team, you’ll support daily kitchen running and have the chance to grow via our internal DNA pathway toward Sous Chef. We offer flexible hours, a 30% staff discount, a £4.50 meal deal and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as KP.
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and deliver hot food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Prep and contribute to the pub menu.
• Support day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Work as part of a team to run a busy kitchen.
• Deliver great, hot food to spec every time.
