Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen in Tiverton. You’ll prep, create and bring our menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

As a Commis Chef you’ll work in a fast-paced team, support day-to-day operations and strive to deliver great, hot food to spec every time, while developing through our internal career pathway and apprenticeship programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Demonstrate passion to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Own a section of the kitchen and learn new prepping skills.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Deliver meals to spec, on time and to high standards.
