Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team in a lively pub environment. You’ll prep, create and bring our menu to life, supporting the kitchen team and owning a section of the kitchen as you grow your career.

We value teamwork and passion for delivering great hot food. There are opportunities for progression through our internal DNA pathway toward Sous Chef, with benefits and a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen as part of a team.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.
