As a Commis Chef at Malmaison, you will develop skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Our kitchens operate for Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner, with tailored menus for meetings and events, so no two days are the same.

We offer apprenticeships for Commis Chefs and Chef de Partie, supporting you to achieve Production Chef Level 2 or 3 qualifications.
