Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen in Ringwood. You will prep, create and bring our menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen. The role offers growth towards Sous Chef through our internal pathway, DNA, with many benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as KP is desirable.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to spec.
• Support the kitchen team with daily running of the kitchen.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Help to develop menu prep and cooking processes.
• Contribute to a friendly, collaborative kitchen culture.
