We are looking for a commis chef, who loves helping to create fabulous food to work alongside the chef de partie and sous chef in preparing our menu.


About The Role

Duties include:
  1. Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
  2. Following kitchen hygiene and food safety regulations at all times
  3. Helping with stock control, storage, and kitchen organization
  4. Working efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  5. Learning and developing new cooking techniques and skills
  6. Following all health and safety regulations

You Will Have:
  1. Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment
  2. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
  3. Strong teamwork and communication skills
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  5. Passion for food, seasonal ingredients, and an eye for detail
  6. Understanding of basic food hygiene and safety practices
