We are looking for a commis chef, who loves helping to create fabulous food to work alongside the chef de partie and sous chef in preparing our menu.

About The Role

Duties include:

  • Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
  • Following kitchen hygiene and food safety regulations at all times
  • Helping with stock control, storage, and kitchen organization
  • Working efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Learning and developing new cooking techniques and skills
  • Following all health and safety regulations

You Will Have

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for food, seasonal ingredients, and an eye for detail
  • Understanding of basic food hygiene and safety practices
