Job title: Commis Chef – Manchester Deansgate – Malmaison Bar & Grill and SORA Asian-Fusion Sky Bar

Rate of pay / Hours: £12.30 per hour, 20 hours a week, Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development

Location: Manchester Deansgate

Malmaison Manchester Deansgate, opening mid-2023 in the heart of the city on Albert Square, across from City Hall, features 70 design-led rooms, an iconic Chez Mal Bar and Brasserie, and the SORA rooftop Sky Bar & Asian-Fusion Restaurant. We are now recruiting team members for the pre-opening phase, offering a unique opportunity to shape your department and build your career with tailored training starting before opening and continuing afterward.

Team member recruitment events are scheduled for Monday 7th and Friday 11th of August. Successful candidates will have a one-on-one interview with department heads and management. Start dates are in early September, with two weeks of training at another Malmaison property, followed by two weeks of hands-on training at the new hotel to prepare for opening. This role is fast-paced, exciting, and requires energy and passion.
