We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our team. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Executive and Head Chef. W e are looking for someone who has a strong background in a culinary environment as a Commis Chef within a luxury setting.

Location: The Chesterfield Mayfair, London

Employment Type:Full-time

Working Pattern: Shift work (5 days on, 2 days
off)

Key
Responsibilities of aCommis Chef:

• Assisting in the preparation and production of menus
• Preparing all dishes to the required standard and specification
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• Being responsible for securing the kitchen when on late duty
• Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
