You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team!. . You will be overseeing the Cold section to prepare our authentic Italian dishes from scratch.. . You will follow our recipes and directions from the kitchen management team.. . You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.. . You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!. . You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a 'problem solver' attitude.. . YOUR SKILLS:.
