Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team.

The Commis Chef role:

The Commis Chef is responsible to assist in the daily preparation of food items. This kitchen is responsible for Rotunda Lounge & Bar, In-Room Dining, Banqueting, and overseeing the Staff Cafeteria team.

The ideal Commis Chef will have:

• Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH
• Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
• Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills
• Seeking a Commis Chef with previous skills in high quality fresh food cooking
