Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Kitchen Brigade as a Commis Chef.

Our Commis Chef will assist the Chef De Parties in daily food preparation, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times. Responsibilities include being fully conversant with all menus, particularly items within your section, including recipes and quantities.

Entry Requirements

• A passion for food and cooking
• An eagerness to develop culinary skills
• Relevant experience in a Five-star or fine dining property (desirable)
• Ability to work under pressure and strong organisational skills
• Good command of the English language
• Polite and professional attitude towards internal and external guests
