We are currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious Commis Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the culinary team in the preparation and execution of dishes. If you have a passion for culinary arts, a desire to learn, and are committed to maintaining high standards in the kitchen, we invite you to begin your culinary journey at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as directed by the senior kitchen staff.
  2. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  3. Collaborate with the culinary team in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  4. Follow established recipes and contribute to the development of new ones.
  5. Learn and master various cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
  6. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not required.
  2. Culinary education or relevant training is a plus.
  3. Passion for food and a desire to pursue a career in the culinary arts.
  4. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  6. JOSPER grill experience is a must.
