The requirements

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Commis Chef or the passion and drive to learn from the beginning
• Ability to multitask
• Great team player
• Previous experience in Asian cuisine (preferred but not required)
• A keen interest in Japanese cuisine
