Commis Chef Vacancy

We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our fabulous team.

• Receive and organise deliveries
• Ensure that stock is rotated and be conscious of Health & Safety in the Kitchen, working with the team to maintain & achieve 5* Scores on the doors
• Assist senior kitchen members with the prep and cooking of dishes to specification

What a Commis Chef does at JW Lees:

• Play a main role in keeping the kitchen running efficiently and spotlessly clean during and after service
• Responsible for cleaning utensils, dishes, and general kitchen duties, including basic food and ingredients preparation on occasion
