Commis Chef - Defence (RAF Valley)
📍 Location: RAF Valley
🏢 Employer: Compass Group UK&I
💷 Pay: £15.45 per hour
🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week
📅 Rota: Week 1 (05:45-13:15) | Week 2 (13:00-21:00) | 1 weekend in 8 weeks
👥 Team: 8 colleagues | Serving 25 Service Personnel

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes that delight our customers
• Supporting the Head and Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, food safety, and Health & Safety
• Representing Compass Group UK&I with professionalism and positivity
• Supporting meal services:
• Breakfast: 06:00-08:30
• Lunch: 12:00-13:00
• Evening meal: 18:00-20:30
