A global hospitality leader in Hatton is seeking a Commis Chef to join their team. The role involves preparing and cooking dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting senior chefs. Candidates should have experience in a hotel or restaurant and a passion for quality food and guest experience. As a Commis Chef in our busy hotel, you will work as part of a kitchen team to prepare and cook a range of dishes to menu specifications. You will assist senior chefs with food preparation and ensure that all food is prepared and served to a high standard of quality and presentation. You will also maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas, follow all food safety and health regulations, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
