Job summary

Grazing, a London-based contract caterer, is hiring a Commis Chef for CPU in central London. You will support daily food preparation, prep ingredients to a high standard, and keep your section clean and ready for service.

You’ll assist busy periods and learn new skills to develop your career in the kitchen. We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in food, a positive attitude, and good organisational skills.

Are you passionate about food, keen to learn, and ready to get stuck into a busy kitchen?

We’re looking for a Commis Chef to join the team at CPU.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the kitchen team with day-to-day food preparation
• Preparing ingredients to a high standard
• Keeping your section clean, organised and ready for service
• Helping the wider team during busy periods
• Learning new skills and developing your career in the kitchen
