Job summary

The Londoner Hotel in central London is recruiting a Commis Chef to join our culinary team. You will prepare high-quality dishes following recipes and support the kitchen brigade. You will hold a Level 2 food hygiene certificate, show passion for food, and communicate confidently with fellow chefs.

Responsibilities

• Join the culinary team at The Londoner Hotel.
• Ensure that the highest quality of food is prepared and served, following all recipes precisely and assisting in overall quality control across the kitchen and sections as required.
• Be motivated and keen to learn new culinary skills from the senior chefs.
• Ensure that all mise en place is done timely and that there is a sufficient quantity for the day ahead.
• Support senior members of the kitchen brigade at all times.

We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef at The Londoner Hotel.

Overview
