Our client, a well-established gastro pub located in Grays, Essex, is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join their brigade.

This venue caters for functions, events, locals, and tourists alike, remaining busy year-round. It takes inspiration from the best of British food; everything is seasonal and made in-house using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

• Have good kitchen experience within a similar style kitchen
