Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub team in Gosport. You’ll prep, create and bring our menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

We offer flexible and part-time hours, a reliable hours contract, meal deals on shift, and access to Apprenticeship programmes to help you progress toward Sous Chef while delivering great hot food to spec.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion to deliver great hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Learn new prepping skills and contribute to meals.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day operations.
