We are seeking a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our team at the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, working within our Classic British restaurant, Wild Carrot. Under the guidance of our Executive Chef, you will be part of a professional team focused on delivering exceptional service and culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for various outlets.
  2. Support the Chef de Partie in managing your section of the kitchen.
  3. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety at all times.
  4. Collaborate with the team to create an unforgettable dining experience.
  5. Contribute fresh ideas and learn new techniques from our talented chefs.

Who We Are Looking For:

  1. A passionate chef with at least a college diploma or relevant experience.
  2. Knowledgeable in kitchen operations and culinary techniques.
  3. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  4. A team player who takes pride in creating delicious dishes.
  5. Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining high standards.
