The kitchen team is looking for a Commis Chef to join its passionate brigade. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the team during service, delivering food of the highest quality in line with our company standards.

• Previous experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Experience of running a section of the kitchen
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Organizational skills to keep the section clean and tidy
• Good level of English
• Friendly, flexible, and professional attitude
