Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn in a fast-paced kitchen, grow your skills, and own a section of the kitchen as you progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time

Responsibilities

• Prep and cook dishes to spec
• Own a section of the kitchen and assist in daily mise en place
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running
• Maintain high standards of food quality and timing
