The Role - Commis Chef

The role of Commis Chef is to support senior chefs in preparatory work and daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have:

1. NVQ's in catering or at least 1 year of experience working within a professional kitchen.
2. A genuine passion for food.
3. A desire to learn and develop your skills in a fantastic kitchen environment to become the best chef you can be.
