Main duties of the job

What youll do:

• Assist with food preparation and cooking, ensuring dishes meet our high standards.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow clean as you go practices.
• Prepare and serve sandwiches, salads, and staff salad bar items.
• Support meal service and manage kitchen waste processes.
• Work closely with front and back‑of‑house teams to ensure allergen information is communicated accurately.
• Complete daily food production logs and adhere to food safety regulations.

Job responsibilities

Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough

Contract Type: Permanent, 37.50 hours per week

Work Pattern: Working 5 out of 7 days on

Salary: Between £24,076 to £24,624 per annum
