Job summary

The Harley Street Clinic in London is hiring a Commis Chef to join a passionate, dedicated team. You will be responsible for the quality of food in your section, ensuring meals are prepared on site from fresh ingredients and aligned with our care standards.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 6:30am to 10pm, in a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week. We value individuals who love food, uphold food hygiene, and stay calm under pressure with reliable timekeeping and organisation.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of all Food Hygiene practices and procedures.
• Able to prepare delicious, high-quality food.
• Passion for food and beverages.
• Calm under pressure with excellent timekeeping and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the quality of food in your section, with full knowledge of the menu.
• Prepare dishes using fresh ingredients, made on site, to support patient care and patient experience.
