Job Description

• Work under the guidance of our senior chefs to prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard.
• Learn Vietnamese cooking techniques and flavour profiles through hands‑on training and mentorship.
• Assist with prep, mise en place, and daily service operations.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, organisation, and attention to detail in all tasks.
