Be part of something extraordinary! Join us for the opening of our iconic 5-star hotel at 100 Princes Street in Edinburgh, Scotland.
We are looking for a Commis Chef. This is a full-time role and will report to the Senior Chef de Partie and Head Chef.
Working pattern: Shift work / Monday to Sunday / 5 days per week with 2 days off / rotas are prepared weekly.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar culinary hotel environment.
