Job summary

The Pilot, a Fuller’s pub in Chiswick, is seeking a Commis Chef to join a friendly team serving high quality food and ale. You will contribute to a fresh daily menu and support a busy kitchen in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

We look for basic cooking skills, a positive attitude and a passion for fresh produce. The role includes induction, training and access to Fuller’s benefits and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare fresh food from seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Support chefs during peak hours.
• Assist with mise en place and plating.
