Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong enthusiasm for fresh food and learning.
• Previous kitchen/ catering assistant or commis chef experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen team with prep and cooking tasks.
• Support chefs during service and maintain cleanliness.
• Learn and develop techniques through on‑the‑job training.

About you...

You’ll need an abundance of passion for fresh food, and a genuine enthusiasm to learn. We’d love you to have previous experience of working as a kitchen assistant or catering assistant, a line cook, trainee chef or commis chef and have the drive and ambition to further develop your skills working with fresh food.
