Salary: Competitive plus yearly bonus and Veolia benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

What you'll be doing;

Provide technical support and guidance to quote and technically assess enquiries from customers, contractors, sales representatives and other Veolia divisions including Industrial Services

Liaise with operational staff, logistics and customers to ensure collections comply with appropriate company procedures and legislative requirements

You will ensure the efficient management of customer enquiries via the Salesforce CRM system

Liaise with third party disposal outlets to ensure competitive rates are agreed

To have direct contact with internal and external customers, providing guidance on legislation, advice on waste management and assisting customers with their waste disposal requirements

What we're looking for;

Chemistry degree or equivalent qualification

Previous experience gained within the waste management industry

Previous experience gained in a customer service role is desirable
