We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Property Management Administrator to support our Commercial Property Asset Management team. This temporary role is initially for three months, with the possibility of extension. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and standard office hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process wayleave applications efficiently to support income generation.
2. Log, monitor, and update property repairs while keeping tenants informed.
3. Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
4. Provide general administrative support to the department.

Requirements:

1. Experience working in an office environment.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
3. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

1. Previous experience in a property-related role, such as an estate agency.
2. Interest in commercial property management.
