Commercial Director - HCM Suite and Hospitality Operations

About you:

We are looking for a Commercial and Product-Driven Leader to lead the development and delivery of our innovative SaaS solutions, building out a full HCM suite capability covering recruitment, workforce management, learning and payroll for the Hospitality Operations Division. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap, as well as leading a matrixed cross functional team (product, engineering, sales, account management, marketing, and customer success teams) to ensure the success of our products in the Hospitality market.

Day-to-day, you will:

  1. Leadership: Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team to deliver customer-centric, competitive propositions while fostering innovation and collaboration.
  2. Commercial Strategy: Drive market research, competitor analysis, and business case development to identify product opportunities. Manage budgeting, objective setting, and P&L responsibilities to achieve growth metrics.
  3. Business Objectives: Align objectives (OKRs) across teams to drive growth and profitability metrics, such as ARR, GRR, NRR, and NPS.
  4. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute GTM plans, ensuring product value is communicated, and speed to value, adoption, retention, and revenue opportunities (X-Sell & Upsell) are maximized.
  5. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, using customer feedback and market trends to refine and evolve product offerings.
  6. Metrics and Analysis: Track product metrics, monitor feedback and usage, and ensure data-driven decisions for product roadmap and backlog prioritization.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  1. Specific industry in Human Capital Management (HCM) tools.
  2. Strong knowledge of the Hospitality SaaS market, trends, best practices, and technologies.
  3. Tenured Director level, or above, product management experience in the SaaS industry.
  4. Display exceptional leadership and influencing skills.
  5. Relentless drive & energy; can get the best out of people and leads from the front.
  6. Ability to drive accountability and influence across all levels of responsibility, from divisional management teams to board level.
  7. Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to translate product vision into actionable plans and deliverables.
  8. Experience in using data and analytics tools to measure and optimize product performance and user/customer behaviour.
