Axon Moore is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, owner-managed e-commerce retail business with revenues exceeding £100m+.

Operating internationally, this business continues to go from strength to strength, and this role offers excellent progression opportunities within a dynamic and ambitious environment.

Working closely with the Commercial Finance Business Partner and FP&A Lead, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of responsibilities in a business with a relatively flat structure - meaning real variety, impact, and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regular reporting, including daily sales reports and monthly sales forecasts
• Support the Commercial FBP and FP&A Lead in creating insightful reports to inform key business decisions
• Provide analysis to support future business decisions (e.g., cost-benefit analysis and project performance tracking)
• Act as a business partner to key areas of the business
• Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts
• Support other teams within the Finance Department as needed

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (preferred)
• Excellent Excel modelling skills
• Strong data-driven mindset
• Commercially astute with a proactive approach
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of implementing process improvements
• Strong communication skills, confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude
